Keely Angel is a functional breathing, yoga, and self-myofascial release teacher based in Asbury Park, NJ. She began teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation in 2012 and has since guided thousands of people of all ages and abilities. Her coaching style is supportive and encouraging, helping students build a strong, intuitive connection with their bodies for long-term health and enjoyment.

Keely has completed 500 hours of training in Anusara Yoga and the Abhaya Method, both of which emphasize proper alignment for a movement practice that is safe, effective, and built for longevity. A self-proclaimed fascia nerd and certified Roll Model Method instructor, Keely loves to teach self-myofascial release (SMR) and often integrates it into her sessions and classes. By blending yoga with targeted SMR techniques, she helps students release tension, improve mobility, and support healthy fascia. Her approach offers accessible tools for recovery, injury prevention, and a deeper understanding of how the body moves and feels.

As an advanced Oxygen Advantage teacher, Keely is passionate about teaching how functional breathing can improve sleep, mental clarity, stress management, physical performance, and recovery. With 13 years of experience teaching pranayama (the yogic practice of breathwork), she brings a unique perspective and many techniques to help students create a deeper connection to and understanding of the breath.

She has experience working with diverse populations, including corporate professionals, MMA fighters, incarcerated youth, veterans, children and seniors. Keely has studied trauma-informed care with experts like Bessel van der Kolk, Josh Korda, and Kimberly Ann Johnson, and believes that a trauma-informed approach to any somatic practice is important to deliver effective care.

Keely is the owner and director of Wellness at Work, which brings various classes and workshops to corporate settings. Their holistic approach emphasizes mindfulness, breathwork, and the power of movement as pathways to well-being.

“Keely's depth of knowledge and empathetic heart have improved my yoga practice dramatically. She has helped me identify limiting habits of both my body and mind, enabling me to break free from old shackling routines. Keely is a rare gem in the field of self care - she's an artist, yogi, teacher, life long student, and body work goddess.”
