Embodied Listening
Fall Retreat at Wildsong Sanctuary

November 5-8, 2026
Cochecton, NY

Join Keely and Paige on a gorgeous fall getaway, tucked away in a tranquil forest in Upstate NY.

Enjoy nourishing farm-fresh meals from a private chef, yoga and self-myofascial release classes 2x daily, sauna, hiking, curling up to read a book or kicking back to do absolutely nothing if you wish.

As we arrive at the exact midpoint between the autumn equinox and the winter solstice, we enter a natural threshold: a time to gather our energy inward, reflect and recalibrate.

Join us as we commune on the magical land of Wildsong Sanctuary and connect with nature as a source of healing, inspiration, and transformation. You will be invited into deep dialogue and care for your body, mind, and spirit through embodiment and contemplative practices, breath, sound, journaling, song, cacao, and the wisdom of the group. Together we’ll create space for restoration and renewal, as well as artistic inquiry and inspiration.

We’ll gather around cozy fires for conversation, circle up for a sound bath and song circle, and look up at the stars. While the sunlight leaves in the late afternoon, we’ll celebrate the darkness that signals our movement toward winter.

This retreat is an invitation to explore seasonal living and ask:
What am I needing?

Let’s slow down and delightfully embrace the qualities of YIN and the stillness of winter, remembering that our inner nature is always mirroring the rhythms of great nature.

About Wildsong Sanctuary

Wildsong Sanctuary is a retreat center and regenerative farm situated on 150 magical acres of land in upstate NY. Nestled between the Catskills and the Poconos and a stones throw from the upper Delaware River, the grounds of Wildsong are an ecosystem where plants, humans and non-human animals thrive in mutually supportive relationships. Lovingly stewarded by Bing and Jamie, this haven was inspired by the ever evolving inquiry around right living with nature, and the grounds are imbued with that intention.

We will be housed in an 8 bedroom log cabin that overlooks a serene pond and evergreen forest. The great room welcomes you with its open layout, soaring cathedral ceilings, gorgeous views and a cozy fireplace. We will gather around the fire for our soundbath and cacao ceremony, and anytime you want to gaze into the flames. Meals will be served in the dining room, at a table which was handmade with trees from the land.

Just beside the log cabin is the 30-foot yurt, warmed by a wood burning stove, where we will practice yoga and self-myofascial release daily.

We share the land with many wild beings, including beaver, coyote, deer, gold finches, white pines, snapping turtles, earthworms, owls, red-tail hawks, bald eagles, wild roses, cattails and ghost pipe.

The Wildsong animal family lives to the side of the log cabin and includes chickens, ducks, geese, and a few incredible Maremma Sheepdogs. Beyond their home is a burgeoning food forest of baby persimmon and paw paw trees.
